when user logs in,,, network printers another user added, don't show up

If I setup a network printer when logged in as
Administrator,,,, when a user comes along to log in,,,,
the printer is not there. I have to add it again! This
is bad because I have 4 users that are going to use this
pc. Do I really need to log in as all 4 of them and
setup them up? Ridiculous!
