when the sytem starts appears a message that sql server is corrupt

hello i have a laptop
os winxp
msoffice 2003

my system works but
when the system starts appear the message
"
your SQL server is either corrupt or is tamperet (unknown package id ).
please run set up again
"
the problem is that i dont use sql server!!
what can i do ?
