When the database size almost 2 G, I will not be able to add more pic and
then it says that "Invalid Agument". I don't understand what is it and I need
to add about 20,000 pic into the database or I cannot get a complete report.
What can I do? I try to "link" the picture. It doesn't link but embedded..
Can access keep data only 2 G? Or what can I do? Please kindly help

If by pic you mean images, that is your problem. Access does a poor job
of saving images. Most recommend saving links to the images and not the
images themselves. Two meg is the max size so you need to reduce the size.

When was the last time you did a repair and compact?

yeah store your images on a file share; and the path in your database.
that way you'll have a couple of hundred KB instead of 2gb

mdb has a hard 2gb limit
