When syncing my Palm Vx with Outlook 2000

When syncing my Palm Vx with Outlook 2000 it erases my categories this is what the Log says "The category name "Business Owner Legal Solutions Plan (BOLSP)" in Outlook is too long for the Handheld. It has been truncated to 15 characters in your Handheld. Please change category name in Outlook and re-synchronize."
