When sending email the date/time are incorrect

When I send an email using Microsoft Outlook (not Express) the date and time
stamp are incorrect but the time on my computer on my desktop screen is
accurate. How can I correct this problem? Using Outlook 2002.
 
I checked the time setting in OL calendar options and they are incorrect.
How do I change them?
