when sending as an attachment or pasting

When I send an attachment to someone from microsoft proffesional works they
get it i a column of tree words and that is it. How can I fix this? Also when
I go to the
print preview it also so in a column. and when I go to paste it in a e-mail
also in a
column of three words? I need help!!!!!
