When opening of a programs only edit of the program file starts

When I want to open a program this program will be opened
with the Editor. I think I have done any wrong
configuration.
To use the rastore option is also not possible, because
starting Restore also starts only the Editor.
The only way to start programs is "start with an other
user" if this is possible with in the pull down menu.
What can I do?

Hi,

Starts what editor? Sounds like your .exe file association is corrupt. Try
copying exe_fix from ftp://12.107.147.141/regfiles to your system, then
double-click it (or right-click and select merge). Agree to the warning, it
should only take a moment. See if this fixes the problem.
