When opening Excel it ask for Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium .

I do not have this disk and was wondering if I could download it from online.
 
No. You cannot download from online.

Was Excel on your computer when you bought it?

You should have been given a disk at that time. Check with the seller or buy
Excel or the Office Suite.
