When moving a pivot table onto a slide, why isn't it centered?

I'm moving pivot charts onto powerpoint. My boss wants to know why it isn't
centered when it becomes a slide. I'm just learning this as I go. Any
suggestions would be appreciated!

Describe how you're moving the charts onto the slide. Sounds like you're
dragging/dropping them? If so, try edit/copying them in the source app then
edit/paste to get them into PPT
