When linking to HP QuickPlay in Ppt, I get video but no audio why

I have HP Quickplay and have recorded a webcam. When I link to this in
Powerpoint, I can see the video playing but do not hear any audio. The volume
is on at 100%. What is the problem?

What I ended up doing was taking my laptop back to Best Buy where I purchased
it and one of their technicians was able to get the problem resolved. He
simply downloaded the required "codec." I can't tell you exactly which one,
but that did the trick! I was so relieved. Hope this helps. Linda
