When is Word 2003 NOT XP?

I'm trying to install the SP3 for Office. I have Office 2003 that came on an Office XP Home Edition cd. When I try to run the pgm, it says it can't find the proper version of Office. Huh?

My reaction, exactly.

There is no SP3 (yet) for Office 2003. I'm currently beta-testing SP 1

There's also no such thing as "office XP Home Edition", although there is a WINDOWS XP Home. Do you have Office 2003 installed on Winodws XP Home?

Word 2003 is _never_ Office XP. Office XP has Word 2002.
Never heard of an Office Home edition.
