When is the trial version coming?

Previous windows office versions had a trial version, will Vista be released
as trial version too?

Office 2007 is already available as trial version:

Why would Vista follow?

You can install Vista without a CD key and try it for 30 days.

I know that you can install it without the Key.

But, I still need the DVD or the .iso of it to do it. I don't have it.

Why not with Vista?

How do I test Vista, without a DVD? OK, I can download the image from a a
shoddy P2P network, but that's rather lame and I am not at ease with that
option.

Why not with Vista?

My guess is because Microsoft figured they could boost sales of XP X64
which wasn't all that well known to the masses. Whereas their
half-a-gazillion-dollar advertising budget for Vista is all the help
they figure they need.

I don't recall a free trial version of any MS OS I've owned um....
er... "licensed" previously (95, 98, 2000, XP [x86]).
