When is SyncToy going to cope with Daylight Savings?

A couple of people reported all their files had to be re-synched when
daylight savings came by recently - because they all appeared an hour off...

There is no word from Microsoft from addressing this one minor but impactful
bug.

I came across this issue myself when using synctoy for the first time. Some
files where trying to be created as new, but the time stamp was the same on
the source and the destination file. I finally figured out it was off by
one hour, and tried disabling automatic adjustment for daylight savings time.
When I re-previewed the file actions, it nolonger showed it creating the
files that already existed.

This will be a large issue for me if this continues. Microsoft's white
paper sings its praises, but leaves this little bit of info out.
