When I try to open Control Panel\"Add/remove programs", I get the message shown in the subject line of this message posting. When I then get in "Add/remove programs", I cannot uncheck box next to "Message Queuing" in Control Panel\"Add/remove programs"\"Add/remove Windows Components"; same applies to boxes for sub headings under Message Queuing. Also can't put check in any currently unchecked subheading boxes. Please advise how to correct the problem. KB 327392 has not helped --its for W2k;I'm running XP Pro and the system won't let me install it. I will try again under compatibility mode in the meanwhile
