PowerPoint can't read path\file_name.ppt

The file is not corrupted because it work on other
computers using the same version.

Even when you started a new ppt document and save it, the
next time you open it it will throw the same error
message.

I have reinstalled my office 3 times and nothing happened.

Please help.

Just to make sure, you have de-activated the Norton Anti-virus Office
plug-in, right?
And the rest of the stuff from this FAQ:
**PowerPoint found an error that it can't correct
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00220.htm

If you have done all the things on this page and still receive an error,
then you may need to purchase a registry scrubber to remove any Office
information left over after Office uninstalls. Another option, would be to
wipe the whole system (least desirable, esp. with no promise that it will
work when re-installed).
