when i tried to logon its automatically log offs

Hi Team,
i have a problem XP Sp2, i installed newly from SMS server and connected
another HDD as secondry to copy my data, from that time i am getting this
problem. i am not able to logon to machine any way i collected the events
from the machine, please look into this and help me on this.

Error 1
The LoadUserProfile call failed with the following error:
The device is not ready.

Error 2
DCOM got error "The system cannot find the path specified. “attempting to
start the service EventSystem with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{1BE1F766-5536-11D1-B726-00C04FB926AF}


Error 3
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{05D1D5D8-18D1-4B83-85ED-A0F99D53C885}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18). This security permission
can be modified using the Component Services administrative too

Error 4
The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more
time sources, however none of the sources are currently accessible. No
attempt to contact a source will be made for 14 minutes. NtpClient has no
source of accurate time.


Error 5
The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the
pool was empty.

My guess would be you inadvertantly put in the second drive as Master,
instead of Slave on IDE0, making it change the drive letter of the %windir%.
I would check jumpers, and the message from the BIOS during boot (press
'pause' key to read this)
