When I start Outlook 2000 It Crashes.

I have one person in my inbox that everytime I get an email from them my
Outlook 2000 crashes. When I downloaded email from my server last, the last
email that dropped down was from the person. Now I cannot get my Outlook
started. Everytime I start it, It automatically crashes. I tried running the
Inbox Repair Tool, but it is not working for me.

Try starting Outlook with the /nopreview switch to disable the
preview/reading pane:

Then you can delete the item in question.

Is there anything unusual about the items that you can discern? Are they
HTML?
