When I shift open turns into a small icon on the screen.

When I use "Open in new browser" by holding down shift - Or if the reference uses "Open in new browser" the browser pops up as a shrinked icon on the screen. This is disturbing

Also when I right click on a minimized browser the "Open" item is replaced by a "Restore" item

How can I fix this???? Thankful for suggestions - (e-mail address removed)

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
