when I send/receive message "operation failed...object not found"

I Just set up my email with outlook office 2003. When I try to send/receive
email I immediately receive message "The operation failed. An Object Could
Not Be Found." When I tested the account settings everything was successful.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.
