When I send mail it has the wrong date on it

When i send mail it comes up with the wrong date on it in peoples received
section.... ??? So how do I change it to read the right date?
 
The date is stamped by the server. Contact your ISP to see if they are
having a problem.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Have you checked whether your time zone (or the recipient's) is correct??
