I don't know if it's a setting or what in my Outlook, but when I send an
email to various people they receive it marked "spam". Why would this happen?

Thanks

Because the spam programs that either those people or their ISPs are using
are calling something spam based on an incorrect assessment

Because whatever SPAM filter they use thinks your message is SPAM. It's a
problem on their end, not yours.

It is possible his mail is routing through a site listed on a blackhole
server, etc. Then it could be a problem from his ISP...

Maybe you are sending HTML. Some systems don't allow it--try sending with
text mail. That's how I solved my problem.
