In the Print dialog, click the Properties button. Look through the
pages of the Properties dialog for anything that refers to "mirror
image" or "T-shirt transfer" or "flip horizontal". It could be a check
box, an option button, or an item in a dropdown.

If you find it, turn it off.

If you don't find it (and I think it's probably an unusual feature for
the business-oriented printers used on networks), then maybe there's a
problem with the way the printer driver was installed. You can try
uninstalling and reinstalling the driver through the Start menu >
Settings > Printers and Faxes dialog.
