did you change the slide format? Most printers cannot print up to the edge
of the paper, that's why sometimes things close to the edge of the slide get
cut off.
Another possibility: Do you print on a b/w-printer? Then switch the view to
grayscale in your presentation and check, whether the headings are visible
then. If not, change their grayscale settings.
