I'm trying to print a paper and it starts way way at the very top and the
letters are half way off the top of the page and the next sentence will be on
the next page and it's all screwed up, how do I fix this?

I did and I put it on my paper size and it still does it

Hi al,

If this occurs with only one paper, copy the contents (but leave out the
last paragraph mark for safety's sake) to a new document and print this.

Getting any further?

Good luck,

It's with all the papers I print
If anyone wants to see what I mean I can take a picture of the paper and
send it in an attachment to your email. Thanks

Hi al,

I suggest that you install a new printer driver.
