When I minimise window, Outlook 2003 shuts down!

I recently installed Outlook 2003 (part of OEM Office 2003 Pro), replacing my
trusty Office 200 Pro.

Now find that the program shuts down unexpectedly when minimised, or when
clicking on the program box in the taskbar...at any time. Everything else
works fine.

Have uninstalled completely and reinstalled, but the problem persists!.
Help!!!

No it doesn't. If you were to look in your System Tray, you'll see the
Outlook icon there. What's happening is that Outlook is minimizing to the
System Tray. Right-click that icon and uncheck Hide When Minimized.
