when i hit (enter) it capitalizes the next word how do i change?

When typing an email i will often hit enter(return) before the end
and it automatically captializes the next word how do I turn this off?

That depends on what version of Outlook you're using and whether or not
you're using Word as the mail editor. Always supply enough information to
allow people to answer if you expect an answer.

That's the auto-correction feature in Outlook or Word, whichever you are
using to compose new e-mails but didn't mention along with not
mentioning your version of Outlook (since OL2007 forces you to use Word
as the e-mail editor but prior versions let you choose Word, if
available, or an embedded editor in Outlook).
