When i click on a pic in ie and choose save pic, the option is always untitled.bmp!

I am using winxp sp2 and a problem has appeared that cant be fixed with
system restore!

When i click on a pic in ie and choose save pic, the option is always
untitled.bmp!

But the pic is not bmp !

It was ok before and the option showed the correct option and the correct
name for the pic!
