When I open an e-mail message in Outlook that contains links to other
websites or the senders website, nothing happens, I dont leave the page nor
recieve an error message, yet I can connect to the Internet through outlook,
I have checked my settings and everything seems OK, very frustrating, anyone
have any suggestions?

Version? Change the setting for HTML in tools, options, security, Change auto
download settings. Uncheck Do not download....etc.

Is the sender in your trusted sender's list? Is the mail in the junk mail
folder? Do you need to use Control+Click?
