When I click Clips Online it goes to desktop or network drive

It used to always go to
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/default.aspx?lc=en-us, but now it goes
anyplace on my computer but there! I opened Organizer and tried to change the
default location ther and could not. I Right Clicked "Clips Online" hoping to
change the default location there. Where can I change it back to
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/default.aspx?lc=en-us?

Try clicking on clips online as usual then navigate to the Internet Explorer
exe file. This should be C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe -
click on the exe file. This should open up the Microsoft online clips website.

It does open up IE, but instead of an http://www..... address it will be one
of my network drives, but not a website and not the clips online website.

I am manually going to the site. It used to just go to that site when I
clicked on "clips online". I am trying to figure out how I lost that default
and how to reset that click to the default.
