Group Policy and Online Clip Art Downloads

Is there a way to change the default download location just for clip art
downloaded from Office Online without changing the default location for the
My Documents folder?
For backup purposes, all users on our network have their My Documents folder
on a network drive. A group policy is in place to not allow any files to be
written to the My Pictures and My Music subfolders of My Documents.
Downloading online clip art automatically creates a folder and downloads the
files to the path My Documents\My Pictures\Microsoft Clip Organizer. Due to
the group policy, the clip organizer folder is created but the clip art
download fails with the error message above. I have tried changing registry
settings following the suggestions in KB articles 834603 and 328166, and
modified the path forClipart pictures in Word options(Tools=>Options=>File
Locations) but none worked so far.
