when i click 'back', the page has expired and must be refreshed

I know that many pages are dynamic and you can't go back
and forth between them using the browser buttons, but on
my home computer, i notice this far too often. This
doesn't happen in Opera or Mozilla, so I think it's a
browser setting.

If anyone has any information, please email me. One site
this happens on a lot is match.com

I fixed this problem by removing CookieCop from my system. If you have any
third-party cookie blockers or popup blockers, try removing them.
