Anytime I fill out a form click a link, then clikc the
back button to choose another link, I get the error below.

Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was
created using information you submitted in a form. This
page is no longer available. As a security precaution,
Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your
information for you.

To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click
the Refresh button.

Is there any way to fix this?

Actually, I should elaborate. I tried to do that, and it
says I already have a newer version installed, and will
not let me install it again.
