When does the message post

Sometimes I post a message then discover the answer to my question, or
I want to add something to the message, or just delete it; but it's
too late.

Is there a way to postpone the "Send Now" command, and hold all
messages until I am sure I want them to post.

My Outbox messages always have a smily face. Does that mean they have
posted? Is there a different icon for messages that haven't posted?

BTW I have Agent set to "go offline after 100 sec" of "no activety.
What is Activety? Does reviewing messages and drafting message count
as activety? If I shorten the 100 sec will that get me off line
faster, and keep me off, so messages don't upload?

Yellow Smiley has been sent. Red smiley means a problem. See Help under "How
to"........"Making sure messages were sent properly" for more symbols.
