when deleting a message

There are two deleted folders one under the "inbox" and one under the
"personal folders" when I deleted a message from my inbox it randomly will
take the message and move it to the deleted folder under the "personal
folders" instead of the inbox "deleted folder" why? Shouldn't they all go
into the deleted folder under "inbox"?

It's not random. And the first one is NOT "under" (i.e., a subfolder of)
your Inbox, it is at the same level as your Inbox. When you delete an item
from your Inbox, (i.e., under Outlook Today) it will go to the Deleted Items
folder in your Outlook Today folders. When you delete an item from a
Personal Folders, it will go into the Deleted Items folder under your
Personal Folders. This is normal.
