66Mhz is the default. The BIOS range is usually something like 50MHz to
100MHz. Some OCers have trouble getting past 83MHz but you just have to try
freqs and see what happens.

Anything over 66 MHz has caused problem with my 9700 Pro when running Mafia.

I would say so. Unless you're using a PCI display adaptor and the PCI bus
isn't expecting to run at 75MHz
