What's RemoteAgent

Everytine I boot my computer I get a warning that

" RemoteAgent has encountered problem and needs to close"

What is it and how can I stop it.

Hi,

Click start/run, type regedit and click ok. Go to the startup tab, uncheck
the line that loads RemoteAgent. Click apply/ok, reboot at leisure.

What is it? See: http://www.google.com/search?q=RemoteAgent for
possibilities, but most likely it's from Trend Micro.
