How do i get rid of this? This site changes my homepage
to it's site by it'self. Everytine i'm on the net i surf
for a while, go back to me homepage and it's changed.

sounds like spyware. Get a program like adaware www.lavasoft.de or
spybot search and destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/ .

I have soybot and i tried that ...the damn thing came back

Does it only happen after going to some site, I have found that some
sites will automatically change this. Also, did you scan with a virus
scanner?
