What's mean 0x800cccfo?

I can not send an e-mail because in my screem appear "error 0x800ccfo.

I suspect a transcription error. I believe the actual error code should have
*eight* hex digits after the '0x', not seven. And there is no letter, 'o' in
a hexadecimal number, only the numeral, '0'.

Change the 'o' to a '0', and add another 'c' to the string, and:
