What was the graphics program released with FrontPage 2000?

There was an excellent but simple program released with FrontPage 2000 for
producing some incredible graphics for use on the web. I can't remember the
name of it. Can anyone put me out of my misery?

Image Composer - IIRC, if you have the 2-CD set for FrontPage 2000, it's on
the 2nd CD.
