Not a Word question. Sounds more like a homework question and we don't do
homework. (I don't even like doing housework)

It may be homework, but it is also learning and these forums are a
wealth of education.

The diagram you refer to is called an organization chart

There are many examples online and the link below is to a template in
microsoft which should help you:

(sorry but the hyperlink does not show so you may have to cut and past
the url into your browser or just go to microsoft templates and type
in organizational chart)

You can build one yourself in Word. Look at the drawing items and you
will see what you need.
