what to do when using CD Direct and it won't let me copy or recor.

I tried to drag icon from floppy to drive (:F), copy to, move to, send to,
uninstall driver
and system dialog says "insert cd to drive (F:) when cd is alredy installed.
Trouble shoot drive and system says "this device is working properly". I
can read cd from drive (F:) and record cd music to hard drive. I use a CD-RW
blank disc when trying to
copy. Even from CD drive (E:) to (F:), the system will eject correct drive
but it will not recognize that CD disc is in drive.
