Windows 7 What the hell is this

hey guys

ok i went to msconfig today and i had this file opening on startup

Bolded words are the headings in msconfig

startup item=Ljdzwakej .NET Framework
manufacturer=Uzrrlmjoa Gfxzj
Command=rundll32 'C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\imm32E.dll",JYJTLON

Why i ask is because when i searched 'imm32E.dll in google it didn't come up(try it), only 'imm32.dll'. And we have two identical computers and the other computer doesn't have this 'imm32E.dll running. Also I couldn't actually find that file in the location were its meant to be on the computer. Scanned the folder(Roaming) with Mcafee and it showed nothing also.

All the random letters are a bit strange....virus?
Any help would be great

imm32.dll ... is a Win 98 file, what it's doing I dunno ... you installed some 'old' stuff? I suspect, however, it's up to no good. :)
