What the heck is bxxs5.dll?

I get an error about loading the "specified module"....I
also can't load a printer, can't restore, what on earth is
going on??? I haven't done anything new to the computer
lately.

I will try to download the software.....would that be
giving me fits with restore? No matter what restore point
I pick it says it can't restore. I also can't add a
printer. This is just terrible! Thanks for your reply.
