What the heck does this mean?

What does this mean for a windows xp machine? How do I fix it, it
occurs every 2 hours or so.

I'd bet a shiney red nickel your secedit.sdb file is causing your problem.

Does it matter if it is windows xp? I see in the article it is related to
Windows Server products.
