What smtp setting to use when connecting my ISP thru another ISP?

I have configured Outlook to receive incoming emails (POP3) fromy ISP but
cannot setup the correct SMTP settings to send mail items. I am connecting to
my ISP through a wireless ISP. Any help appreciated.
 
If your ISP allows it at all (many don't), you'll have to check with them
