We have no way of knowing what that info is for your account. Call
your ISP and ask them.
 
Based on your IP address it look like you're on a UK DSL line that's part of
Energis' (now part of Cable & Wireless) network. It looks like they feed
multiple ISPs. One of them has a help page here:
http://www.support.u-net.net/info.htm

If they're not your ISP, check for your ISPs help pages. Most every ISP has
their own POP3 & SMTP servers so there's no cut & dry answer to your
question...
