What service loads MsPMSPSv.exe at Windows startup? I would like to change
the service startup type from automatic to manual.

Windows Media Device Manager Pre-Message Security Protocol Service. This
services enables Windows Media Player to support the SDMI protocol (Secure
Digital Music Initiative) when copying CDs or packaging copyrighted
downloaded music to SDMI compliant music players and storage devices.
