What program opens backup Outlook file?

Used Personal Folders Backup to backup Outlook to My Doc., then to CD. Now
new hard drive. Have reloaded My Doc. and the backup file is there, but when
I try to open it, it wants to know what program to use and everything I try
comes up garble. Also, once I open it, how will I get the backup into my new
Outlook? Particularly concerned about Contacts. Thank You!!

Your PST file was changed from Read/Write to Read Only status when you moved
it to a CD. You'll need to reset it to Read/Write again before Outlook can
use it.
