What port to open for video streaming

I have set up video streaming and presently I have to DMZ the hosting PC
in the loacal network. What port the router is needed to open for
clients from WAN to access?

That would depend on the Video Streaming software

Check the OEM website for port information.

Vendor's support info says "Router must be configured to support H.323
traffic" What does this mean?

It means your router must be able to support and pass the h.323 protocol
standard. You best bet would be to contact your router vendor or the
documentation and find out what you'll need to do to enable this support on
the device.
