A supplemental question to the one I just asked. Does anyone have a guess at
the percentage of people who do not have javascript turned on in their
browsers? (I need to decide whether it is worth it to do a non-script site.
My target markets are the main English speaking countries.)

All browsers have JavaScript enabled by default, so a user would have to specifically need and know
to disable it.

I don't. My guess is that 90% of that 10% are other web developers....
